All leases of any Townhome within the community must have a minimum term of six (6) consecutive months. Short-term rentals (defined as rentals of less than six months), including but not limited to Airbnb, Vrbo, or similar platforms, are strictly prohibited. Leasing to immediate family members is permitted without a six-month minimum lease requirement, provided the family member is not paying rent. All owners must obtain prior written approval from the HOA Board of Directors before leasing their unit, including to relatives. The Board may deny leasing approval if the total number of leased units in the community exceeds the limit of two which has been established by the Board of Directors. A copy of the executed lease must be submitted to the Board of Directors within ten (10) days of signing.
